Grand Trunk stands behind the quality of our products and we want to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you purchased an item from one of our dealers, please contact that dealer first for refund or replacement options. Our products are warranted free from manufacturing defects for two years from the date of purchase. If the dealer is unable to process a warranty, please fill out the information below. We process each warranty separately and each case must adhere to quality control standards. Warranties require a proof of purchase. All warranties are valid for a one time replacement. Refunds are only given to purchases made from our website, and within 10 days of the delivery date. Grand Trunk will not pay for return shipping unless there was an error on our part, such as shipping a wrong item. Grand Trunk is not responsible for lost inbound packages.
