Q: What is included in the FREE Hammock Hanging Kit?
A: The hammock hanging kit includes two, 10-foot ft pre-knotted pieces of 5 mm accessory
cord that is used to hang your hammock. The hammock hanging kit is included for free on
all hammocks except the Roatan Cotton Hammock, Nano 7 Hammock, and our Ultralight Travel
Hammock.
Q: What is the difference between the FREE Hammock Hanging Kit, and the TreeSlings?
A: The TreeSlings include two 20 ft pre-knotted accessory cords. The hammock hanging kit
includes two 10 ft pieces.
Q: How do I clean my hammock if it gets dirty?
A: If the hammock gets dirty,
we recommend that you hand wash and hang to dry. You can use a washing machine on the
gentle cycle with mild detergent if you feel that is necessary. Be sure to remove the
s-hooks or carabiners from the ends of your hammock before cleaning.
Q: What is a “Central Hub System” and how does it help with quick tent set up?
A: The “Central Hub System” is located at the top of all of our Quick-Set tents and
shelters. With all of the poles already fed through the tent sleeves and connected to
the central hub, set up takes seconds. Simply unfold your tent/shelter and push the hub
system together and you are ready to relax.
Q: What is the warranty on Grand Trunk travel accessoriesproducts?
A: All of our products come with a warranty at the time of purchase. Our hammocks carry
a two year warranty against manufacturer defects, and all other products have a one year
limited manufacturer warranty unless otherwise stated.

Q: What is the difference between a single and a double hammock?
A: A single hammock is 10’6” x 5’ and holds 400 lbs and weights 16 oz. Double hammocks
are 10’6” x 6’6” and hold 400 lbs and weights 20 oz. Both are made with parachute nylon
silk for breathable durability.
